hello. woah. long time since i posted.
i really have no idea why i'm posting
probably need to vent off my anger or something.

it's weird how you find God has so many plans for you, and suddenly you just find everything crashes down on you.
let's just start with the sweet yeah?

k i love being with the kids in KFC. it just makes me forget all my troubles and worries.
you see the kids wanting to learn, and those that don't, they just get influenced by you!
it's just so heartening.
i can't ever describe it, seriously.
you've got to try it for yourself.
you not only see the change in them wk by wk, you see yourself being used for God's kingdom!
after all, children are really important in God's eyes.
i guess i'm done with the p3 girls, going over to be with the p1 boys.
i believe, in the past year and few months, the girls have looked up to me as a role model and sister.
someone they can follow and someone they love.
hearing them greet it just like a melody being sung. i'm being all sensationaly but okay, haha enough of that.
i have a little boy in my class now. nathaniel. he's dyslexic.
i just found out a way for him learn!
i brought him out of class last sunday, and taught him his memory verse slowly.
through actions and all.
and a little sweet. haha
but he enjoyed it. i'm glad. :D

oh yeah and i joined the worship team too.
trust God will help me grow through this whole experience!

haha that's right, i'm blogging. after like two months?
haha aiya, so busy, where got time blog! lol. i'm really tired now.

k events that happened after my last post...
er, nothing much
k about my class...
I'M IN 3B/09! it totally rocks la.
haha
my whole class quite bonded actually.
we don't really like some teachers and so... yeah.
other schoolmates think that our class very fun to be in.
i quite agree with that HAHAH
yay. love my sec 3 class.
BUT
it's super tiring being in sec3 la
i dunno why. i'm just so drained everyday, i cannot stand school, and i just wish to get out of school! argh.

we gather tgt to pray about anything and everything, but mainly revival in our school luh. haha

k chinese new year was quite boring.
but oh well, there was this day when i had to leave YC early to go for mum's friend's gathering. quite fun cause got other kids and Aeroy who played softball too.

JOSH HAS GOT HIS LICENSE.
i'm so very happy for him.
he gave me a surprise last last sat. haha
so fun.
we went to east coast park supposedly for a run which ended up in a breakfast first, then cycling.
we cycled to opp safra, and went picking at sea snails and take pictures. haha
i started the water war! HAHA so funn!

hey dudes!
haha anyway now i'm actually at my grandma's house using the lappie.
it's a christmas eve cum birthday party!

many of my relatives are here and are coming
cousins, aunties, nephews ETC
so there's gonna be a great deal of ppl.
of now... there are alr more than 10 i think haha
but the birthday girl... my cousin MERRAN from australia, is not here yet! haha
she's here in singapore for her holiday, just like how many ppl studying in australia are. OH WELL

i finally got onething/wenting to send me the buffet photos, missions outing photos, her concert photos ETC! so happy. thanks boyfriend! haha

16-18 dec tues to thurs
i went to the EMPOWER U course as a re-visit, only to find many differences. in the course. but OH WELL, the assists were super super great and friendly and ... indescribable. they remind me of the SYRENS haha, but yeah. their enthusiasm really rubbed on me.
on the FIRST DAY, went with jeremy and surprisingly joyce and audrey(two assists) found us familiar so we said we were re-visits. both of us got the scholarship from brent william haha.
then yeah, we played games etc etc.
we knew what was gonna happen mostly
the assists ended up teasing us haha.
the NEXT DAY, yeah same thing happened. we both were kinda laughing cause many of the champs were complaining and cause we knew that the next part was gonna be a shock to them!
we went in and there were DISCO LIGHTS! haha
it was the dancing part. LOL.
clearly they were shocked but i guess me and jeremy and cherry(another re-visit)
started dancing HAHA
yeah oh well it was fun.
then we sat down and ladedadeda. SOON it was the group splitting time. there were three grps, and i ended up in SEALS. BUT cause there was this guy whom i didnt' really like.... i changed with cherry. so yeah. i ended up in LIONS! haha and jeremy was in elephants which in the end changed to MONKEY haha yupps
i got to know my grp. and thomas, a sec3 guy from whitley sec. there was also bakri, from dunearn sec and yeah kester, RI, and yeah i guess a few more. i got to know more guys, and i dunno why haha, the girls didn't really talk much so yeah. haha
the assists leading my grp were DOMINIC who just finished Olevels and was in my first EU for his revisit and RANO who... i dunno how old should be 17. LOL. then there was MADDI(i think) who was super funny and came up with lots of ideas but came on the THIRD day. and then there was ESTHER who came only on the 2nd day and CHESTER who was just FUNNY haha.
k yeah so that was the 2nd day where we broke our boards and i was apparently the first to do so with everyone cheering me. it was so cool la. hahaha
the THIRD DAY, was also good. we discussed our team performance during our breaks in our team's room. haha

i went for tuition at 11

rushed back home to go meet bryan chan, emmerlyn and tricia!
we went to watch yes man at cathay cineplex.
the nachos were disgusting.
but the movie was TOTALLY funny! great recommendation!

then after that, helped out in CCIS- celebrate christmas in singapore
helped give out the things. haha.
tripped one person and banged into another
totally accident prone man!

so i went back to bethesda cathedral to watch a christmas drama with my mum, my bro and my aunt. haha my aunt's boyfren was acting as the ahbeng in it haha it was funny.
there were three songs from high school musical. and it was not bad, the whole musical.

20 dec saturday
danielle came my house then we talked and talked.
finally time came and we went to my church to watch the drama, BLOOD BROTHERS. it was so good mann
i simply love BBTC! haha

then we went to botak jones, and went back church for singing practice for KFC the next day
i sat josh's car and we tried finding lip balm for my cracking lips but sadly couldn't

21 dec sunday
went to church at 9 then had singing practice again
then yupps!
the carolling went well
i helped in the counselling thing and the girl i counselled, an qi, accepted christ! praise the LORD! haha
oh well then me and jeanette rushed after taking photos
went to dhoby gaut to have our lunch at mos burger, then went to clarke quay.
got a tiny lecture from melissa to be accountable! SORRY we wont' do it again! haha
and then we started the cell retreat.
we had bible study, then we started sewing our korean costumes for SMASH on the 31st december. haha
then left and went back church, watched blood brothers again
this time met josh's cousin who's the same age as me! haha from north vistaLOL
then went for supper with josh and amos only to find out that my wallet was lost so everything they treat me THANKS DAD AND BESTFREN!

went to tuition!
then i went back home eat lunch and brought my bro out with me to the soccer court to meet many of my frens.
played soccer with josh, varrick, glen, aaron etc
we were split up in to groups.
i was in josh, sam sum, su yi, and weiren's grp
we were in the lead! haha 4-0 to everyone. LOL
but oh well, soon it rained and yeah slacked for an hour under the blocks and then left to tampines .
went century square to eat dinner, saw mrs simon! haha
then went popular, yamaha and toys r us
then went to starbucks until like 10.
left to church and took a ride with aaron's mum! hahah

24 dec wednesday(today)
today woke up late cause i slept late.
then went out at 2 to meet amos, aaron, clara and cheryl!
shopped awhile at plaza sing before going to the cathay to watch movie.
watched journey to the centre of the eart in 3D which was scary.
and thanks amos for the treat! thanks dad! i owe you! :D

HELLO!
haven't been posting for a long time!
was busy luhh
this hols is the BUSIEST i've ever had!
k let's talk about missions first.

MISSION TRIP 2008 to CEBU 26 november-3 december
it was a great experience.
that day on 26/11/08
me, josh, varrick, and weiren went to the Cathay. watched the chihuahua show. haha weiren got lost so josh and him watched like only half the show.
Josh treat us to mee hoon kuay! haha thanks bestfren
oh well, then we went to yamaha to get picks for weiren i think. then weiren left and josh and varrick came to my house! my uncle came then fetch us to budget terminal. my luggage was 13. 8 kg! heaviest mannn
then something happened. me, wenting and zhihao were told that maybe we can't go cause we were below 15 and no parents with us. everybody became very tensed and then we gathered to pray. i don't know why, but i started crying, and then wenting did too. many ppl prayed for us, and Josh kept saying it's gonna be ok. we will definitely be able to go! such big faith! and i started to pray for myself too, asking for trust and greater faith in the Lord.
after like one hour, good news came. we could go! so we departed and i was so happy!
when we reached there, another problem arised. apparently, the staff there said a woman lost her luggage, and they say it's with us or something like that. very confusing so we were once again stuck at the cebu airport for like 45mins i think. it was like 4 am la! so tired. grr. finally we were allowed to go. went to the YWAM base and slept for a few hours. then went for breakfast. after breakfast we had a city tour. it's so heartbreaking to find so many ppl giving their all to Santa Nino
santa nino for your info, means infant Jesus. they make a statue of Mary holding the infant.
yeah i can't say much, wait kena caught or something...
we also went to museums and a catholic church which was very huge and pretty, but too bad, wrong AHEM.
we went back to YWAM for lunch and ate super nice non-spicy curry! haha cause me and anna can't take spicy.
then slept again and woke up for dinner followed by team time and reflections.

2nd day!
woke up at 5.30 am
there was community worship with the YWAM staff. which was an eye-opener!
then team time to prepare for afternoon's feeding.
after lunch we headed off to the slums!
when we were in the van, the kids saw us and there was smile on everyone of them! you could see the joy!
and then we played sticky tag, sang songs, performed skit and there was a testimony by daryl. learnt 2 songs taught by the kids!
then we had dinner and me, wenting, gab ong, gab soh, yong liang, eunice and david went for worship pract. guess what, on the way there, the van broke down and for the first time in my life, i had to push a van. LOL! we pushed it to the side and then realised we were near the church so pushed it somemore. a mini bus stopped and a person started saying something in cebueno, gabe soh dunno what to reply, so he asked david and david said PATHAI.
then the guy said good luck and take care.
we had our worship prac for the whole night then we went back. on the way back, we bought balut. haha it's fertilised duck in the egg. go check it out, phillipines delicacy.
the gabriels were super crazy on the way back. HAHA
we tricked the team that we had to go back cause david knocked someone down, and the team was really scared. AHAH so funny. but in the end, TADA balut is here!
lynn and eunice really couldn't stand it so they sat somewhere else. me and wenting shared an egg. haha. good experience :D
then during debrief, david told us that pathai means i kill you so we said i kill you a stranger! haha joke of the day. there was also the ONE THING joke. wenting sounded like ONE THING to the phillipines ppl. from that day, we all call wenting ONE THING! haha

3rd day we had devotion with the team. then the worship team went to the church called church of our king(C.O.O.K)
the youths were super nice luh! talked to me and wenting. we shared emails and stuff
there was a hot 14 year old guy called luigi. haha half italian! but oh well. haha just kiddin.
went back to YWAM base and had debrief.

4th day
i was posted to go to COOK again with zing, anna, zhi hao and david. haha. it was great. learnt a song called SO CLOSE. me and anna love it!
then we bought jollibee for lunch. it's like macdonald's over there. YC stands for cheeseburger!
then went with daryl, gabriel soh, lynn, janice and a few others to another church. it was a house a church. everything was in cebueno. yupp.. haha
then we went to adrian's party. adrian is the youth pastor of COOK. the party was super fun. played with the youths double whacko, caterpillar, and electricity. electricity was super fun la!
then we had balut again. and on the way back to YWAM base, we kept singing super loud with windows open so everyone could hear us. haha

5th day
we had community worship again. this time, it was super good!
then we had team Worship and intercession too. everyone broke down. i thank God for really being there among us!
then lunch. then my group led by david went to a slum under the bridge. sang songs and did the joyful joyful dance, and also performed skit luh.
then went back to eat huge chicken bought by Joel. and then slept early.

6th day, we woke up super early to go the school called Risen Lord Christian school.
team 2, which was the team i was in, did the dance. and team 1 did the skit. chuan yi gave his testimony and daryl gave his sermon. gabe soh gave a testimony tooo. and we had lunch. went back to YWAM. washed our clothes. then team 2 went for prayer walk and kid's club. it was near the beach. we played games and sang with the kids.

7th day, we packed up, cooked the HUGE pig then went to the beach. it was rest day for us!
we ate a full lunch at the resort. then did snorkelling. which was fun. many of them couldn't see anything but i saw lots of fishes!! haha so fun
then time to depart from cebu. i felt so sad, i started crying again. argh. miss them till now!
david didn't leave with us. LOL

that's that! missions left a huge impact in my life. and it's my desire to go back there one day. but whether it's God's desire, i'm still finding out. :D

then there was
CHRISTMAS CARNIVAL!
we had lots of fun and took lots of pictures! will post them up ONE DAY.

8-10 of DECEMBER
SYRENS RETREAT!
we had alot of fun and i learnt many many things. natalie and zhi wei fell sick.
but they've recovered! and me and wenting were leaders of FIRE!
who's the best? FIRE! haha
we had another cheer but it wasn't really nice. so we didn't use it.

which taught me much too!
the games were super funny! hahaha

on SATURDAY it was NATALIE'S BIRTHDAY!
went to her party, met zuan ming, then played tennis, taboo etc. me and josh left early. haha
we were star gazing when we realised it was actually a SATALLITE! bleagh
then went to church for MHS, my hope singapore.

then on saturday... i went for softball. then we had performance then i RAN home to bathe then i rushed down to meet josh at 85. haha. ate chicken rice, then walked to church tgt. realised we were kinda late. but.... when we reached, service hasn't started yet! DAVID WAS BACK! i was so happy to see him haha. still have that cheeky look on his face. haha
then for service i sat with josh. the service was good. alter call and everything. i'm now healed!
michelle prayed for healing over me. and the pastor andrew yeo, he prophesised that i'll be a great leader. yeah. and gabriel soh, suddenly told me that something in the past is stopping me from giving my 100 percent.WOW!
then we after service went for dinner with missions team and went back church for worship prac. haha

then on sunday... we had KFC which went well, then i went to kallang leisure park with missions team haha. gabriel soh is seriously weird but funny. LOL.
we went bowling which cost 5 dollars per game and spent 15 bucks!
then we went to east coast park haha.
sang happy birthday to wenting and yeah, played volleyball and touch rugby.
if only it didn't rain, we'd have gone to sentosa! haha
ohwell, we had fun though.

then YESTERDAY
i went shopping with my mum and brother!
bought a bag, a few clothes, AND SAW A SUPER PRETTY DRESS! persuading my mum to buy it! haha
shop for like the WHOLE DAY la! so tired.
then went to watch a movie with bryan chan. TWILIGHT. it was super horrible la. dunno why so many ppl like it. haha
beware of bryan, he's a vampire! chinese version of edward cullen HAHA
we went to the cathay to watch. FIRST TIME i watched in grand cathay. super huge luh!
oh then after that, we searched the whole building for a toilet cause i was super urgent but couldnt' find. then walked to plaza sing and immediately found a toilet! hurray!
then we walked around the shopping centre, then when we felt like leaving it was like 10 plus alr. oh well, haha, i reached home at like 11 plus i think.
so tired.

later today, i'm going for EMPOWER U course at toa payoh! at least now i know i got fren there cause jeremy is going too! haha

JOSH'S HOUSE:
well straightaway after exams, that's what i did!
i went to josh's house.
then jam, eat lunch, jam again and then played taboo. haha
amos,glen,josh and myself.
then we went to church! haha
and had SIP. yupps
whole day drumming!! woohoo

DINNER BUFFET!

yay. it was super nice. we went to amara hotel!

my mum helps in the kindergarten.
so a few of my frens and i went there to help.

the trainings so far are fun la. haha

it was great seeing the whole church full of red! haha

BAKING SESSION
after church that day, alot of the girls came to my house. slacked around and all.
then we started baking. haha. super funny, in the end, 16 ppl ended up in my house, haha

CBTL was great la. impactful mann. the last part was so crazy. the youths were all jumping for God! haha

SOCCER
then there were like about 2 or 3 soccer outings with some of the syrens.
haha it was fun. once it was at kembangan field. we got muddy and all. then went to josh's house. haha. then we ate pizza etc.

W.E.T. shop
ytd and the day before was W.E.Tshop. fun and empowering haha.

DANCE TRNG
there were dance trng for some SYRENS. and we're doing We're All In This Together
haha. and i'm telling you they are good. like 2 practices so far, and we're learnt everything alr! haha

oh well. life's been super super packed
next wk i have POP camp and missions trng.
then the wk after I'M FLYING TO CEBU! woohoo. can't wait mannn

oh and i know my class alr! i'm going to 3A! it sounds so good, but it's kinda one of the lousier classes HAHA. but next year, mark my words, i'm gonna get top1! so there!
my clique ppl all not in my class. bleagh.

anyway, that's for activities in my holidays.
the last few days were once again emotion rollercoasters.
i was happy, then like at night, i heard of some stuffs, kinda sad. cried and all.
but i'm happy i've WANXIN with me!

sometimes,i guess it's all my fault. if i could have been stronger, then i won't allow myself to fall into those circumstances. but oh well, forget it i dunno how to explain.

okayy so... MY SCH WON NATIONAL CHAMPION FOR C'DIV GUYS BBALL! woohoo. we rock mannn

then after piano i had to go for tuition

kenneth too. oh well. JOSHUA VANDALISED MY TABLE. dunno how many times i've been repeating that. LOL
tuition was kinda tiring.
reached home. talked on the phone with bestfren.

22 July (tues)
TKGS MATCH.
we lost to tkgs that day.
i was super super super X100 sad.
we started off okayy
then we start dropping.
i couldn't hit at all.
not a single ball.
i contributed lots of outs.
but i guess we weren't very good.
i was sad that we didn't perform well and alot of other reasons.
i immediately cried.
this lost meant that we were out from getting into top 4.
which was something i really really wished, hoped for, and wanted.
i kinda sat in silence the whole time in the bus. and also after that.
stayed in school alone until 6 plus then went home.
i was thoroughly disappointed.

ST.THERESA'S match at crescent girls.
LOL
we were dismissed from school at 10.45. which means i only attended 3 period of lesson- 2 music and 1 science. and then it was recess which ended at 10.45 meaning i was dismissedfrom recess onwards! hahas.
germaine and the rest weren't happy hahas. jealous xD
anyways. it was a close fight
it was 5th inning bottom, 2 down and we had one more to go.
runners on 2nd and 3rd base
batter had 2 strikes.
the third strike she swing, catcher drop the ball, overthrew to one
and that was the end of the game.
if we actually had another down
there would be another extra inning cause we would tie 5-5.
so in the end the score was 6-5.
i was super super super angry
not sad this time

i dun think we should have lost to them

for the match we were like super nervous and all.

our girls match vs fajar
heard it was a good schoool
this match i must say is the best so far!
we were very emotional
hahas. cause if we won we are in top 8 then lose not in.
so they are equally fighting for it.
we were leading at first
then let in alot in 2nd.
anyways. we had lots of crying, me and angeline etc.
very very emotional.
angeline hurt her hand, cried but continue on.
she felt like quiting and getting me to play catcher for last inning but we decided no she must finish the game.
i was the tying run. so when i reach home. i started breaking down. seriously very stressful la!!!
VERY. i couldn't take it. i had to cry. cried hard.
then i cried again when we finished the game and won them.
i mean the stress was so hard that when it was finally lifted, it was kinda frightening. hahas
we hugged and cried as a team. i guess now more bonded le lol.
we went to 85 to celebrate. and... went with sec3s and all the sec2s. hexian, kenneth ken and yixuan. ken said some mean stuffs so i punished him by taking his bag.
ended up as a boys vs girls snatching bag game. like catching HAHAS. super funny.
but abit disgrace to anglican i guess. at public place llike 85 hahas.

4th june
piano cancelled!!
so had performance rehearsal.
super joke the whole performance HAHA
ken fell head down. super funny. then he very paiseh hahas. and hongjun pitch a ball that hit samantha on the head. big blue black HAHAS.

5th june
went for mindchamps "success for life" course,. first day.
i'm so glad im in the same class as albert. too bad bryan not.
oh and jamie for the pigs group is in my class too.
we are the only three sec2s.two guys one girls.
the other 21 ppl are sec1s

6th june.
had COP prac after church.
had lots of funn!

7th june
morning 11am got math and sci tuition to 1 pm
then 2pm got chi tuition to 6 plus pm
then went home, eat, and left home with family to watch movie at downtown
went there, bought ticket. then i go find the softball guys.
go say hi. hahas.

fri
i went for mindchamps.
i thought it was gonna be super boring and whateverrrr....
reached there, didn't know anyone.
kinda found jerome was from bbtc also.

then went to have a seat.
got to know the person beside me and beside the person
glen is sec 2 from kranji sec. bryan is sec 1 from i forgot where.
so we hanged around everywhere we went.
then dinner got to know albert who is sec 2 from naval base sec.
we played lots of games. throwing shoes... etc etc.
then at 9.30 we finished.
i went to my aunts house to stay.

i went early in the morning. was almost late so ran from mrt station to the place- NTU Alumni club
alot of ppl saw me running!!
oh. got disco dancing and nobody dance. hahas. got disco lights and everything hahas.
end up they grped us into new grps!!
there were four grps
so because me,bryan,glen and albert sat together. we were in totally different grps! all split up
LOL
then we had blind folds.
grp 1 were cats, grp 2 were cows, grp 3 were pigs and grp 4 were dogs
i was in grp 3 so i'm a pig.
i had to go oink oink to find other pig members.
so i found this person and another and walked around holding hands with them
soon in ended and we had to sit in our animal grps.
i got to know the person i found.

we were both grp leaders of the same row.

3rd june
got fever that went to 39.7 degrees. thought couldn't go out tmr
4th june
went to josh bestfren's house to... HAVE FUN.
hahas.
went for tuition then straight there carrying monopoly and taboo which we didn't play in the end....
then walked to his house. couldn't really rmb where but got there in the end after much calling hahas.
then after awhile planned with josh and rickrick. then went to get the other peeps at kembangan. josh left to get glen. while me ane rickrick had a game of hide and seek with the other ppl who were walking so slow hahas. SO FUNNY ahahhahas.
we went to the house first and locked them out in the hot sun. made them sing then come in. hahas.
made lots of noise. then glen came with josh. oops he heard us. we were supposed to be a surprise and sing happy birthday hahas. but oh well. he heard MY voice. AWWW. eat and watch movie then cut cake hahas. super fun.
then when i left. OOPS i left my phone at josh's house. lol. so called josh ask him help me keep.
reached home realised i left it on his bed hahahahs. oh well.

had lots of bonding time with my mum. was a good trip. i loved the beaches!!

in the end... ken got 2 points more than me. not fairrrr hahas.

why else do i seem so different when i'm alone and when i'm with my frens?

days have not been good.
i feel something tearing me down.
it's as though everything's not working out. EVERYthing.

my parents, my life, my relationships....?
perhaps it's just me tearing myself down.
if i feel miserable, i will be miserable.
that may be true.

it's as though there are two things on my shoulder.
on one side, it's the devil.
the other side, it's the angel.
in this sense, it may be the idea of doing the wrong thing, and doing the right thing, represented by these two things.
on one hand, i feel life really makes no sense anymore for me. i have nothing to look forward to.
i have no life. i have no true comfort. no true home. no true love.
but on theother hand, i'm trying to tell myself this is not how i should think. God puts us in a place for a reason. every situation every problem, God will solve. nothing is impossible for Him.
but i think too much.
i think abt everything.
i'm telling myself this and telling myself that.
it's becoming too much. too much.
i just wish everything can pass.

early in the morning, i woke up to bathe and decided to bring my work to church.
so with my parents and bro, i left for church. then talked to SYRENS and then worship soon started.
worship was fun with ARISE. hahas. the actions are cute!
oh then it was class time.
oh well.i decided to not go for class time to study.
so i first went to the ISD area to study. Gabriel was explaining to me abt the intelligent lights(which are intelligent!) HAHAS.
then i moved place to study. went to the night safari room(SYRENS room) with josh.
i was studying my science while he was there providing music hahas.
that when i got hooked to the song...xin li you shu. cause he kept singing it! ARGH.
then we stayed there till abt 12.30 then glen came and we rushed away. by the time we left church it was 12.45 and we had to wait for taxi. we didn't get to buy mac cause no time. needed to reach indoor stadium by 1.
we were lost for awhile cause we didn't know how to get in, then we finally saw aunty Evelyn, our angel!! hahas
oh well we got to go in the place with the pass and then we saw the whole grp of them! yay.
me, josh and glen then went to 7 eleven get out lunch. we ate cupnoodles...
IN THE TOILET which was kinda fun actually. the toilet was clean anyway what. then we were briefed and i started getting nervous cause i scared i partner with some facilitator i dunno. then i was like squeezing josh hand very tight(what i always do before exam or whatsoever. hope your hand wasn't pain josh?)
then...."carolyn chan and... GLEN CHAN!"
i started to laugh la!

we were at first abit blur. then we started to get the hang of it. and woopsie doo! it was fun!
then we rush back to the changing room to eat.
